Planning/ why we did it
To make PRIDE, we put together a group of experienced teachers and students from our school's student council and came up with the plan. We believed that a new set of standards and expectations would help our school. We then came up with making a PRIDE card and a student came up with the design. (pictured at right)
Introduction
To introduce PRIDE, we met with the entire staff and all of the students and teachers whom came up with PRIDE presented it. We gave each teacher a PRIDE card and told them of the whole design. The following year (this year) all teachers recieved PRIDE cards and were able to distribute them to students.
